Senior Delivery Manager, Enterprise AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire delivery process; collaborate with clients and engineering teams to define project scopes.

• Create detailed roadmaps, segment tasks into phases, and sustain momentum throughout all engagements.

• Provide the structure that your client is unable to create themselves; outline workstreams and set an operational rhythm.

• Manage and navigate multiple stakeholders effectively; ensure clear alignment across various teams.

• Function as a forward-deployed operator; periodically embed with client teams on-site.

• Proactively communicate status updates before inquiries arise; deliver structured communications.

• Remove obstacles for teams and drive execution; oversee change requests and ensure clear agendas are maintained.

• Bridge the gap between technical and business realms; articulate constraints clearly.

• Coach engineers to function as independent consultants.

• Enhance team operations; evaluate processes and pinpoint inefficiencies.

• Promote visibility and accountability; ensure thorough documentation and accessibility of resources.

• Foster AI adoption within engagements; identify opportunities for enhancing productivity.

• Recognize and pursue expansion opportunities; convert successful delivery into additional project scope.

• Leave the client in a stronger position than at the outset; facilitate knowledge transfer and improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a leading consulting firm or an enterprise technology services setting.

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex software projects from start to finish.

• Strong commercial acumen; managed enterprise client relationships valued at over $1M.

• Extensive experience working directly with enterprise clients in a B2B or services context.

• Strong operational skills with a focus on removing obstacles.

• Comfortable with on-site client interactions; occasional embedded engagement is a key expectation.

• AI-oriented in your approach; utilize AI tools daily to automate workflows.

• Technically adept; collaborate closely with engineers and comprehend system limitations.
