This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery with the client, representing the company with technical authority and an executive demeanor in the realms of Agentic AI and Machine Learning.
• Manage the complete project delivery cycle: planning, monitoring, scope control, risk management, and status communication.
• Facilitate alignment ceremonies with client stakeholders, including technical squads, product, and technology leadership.
• Proactively identify and address risks, timeline deviations, scope changes, or quality issues, preventing escalations and business impacts.
• Ensure executive visibility of project progress through reports, dashboards, and governance rituals.
• Act as a facilitator between internal technical teams and client areas, eliminating obstacles and expediting decision-making.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of Operations on demand prioritization, resource allocation, and team development.
• Contribute to the advancement of delivery processes within the AI & Analytics practice by documenting learnings, standards, and best practices.
• Strong experience as a Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager, or Project Manager in complex technological environments.
• Background in data projects, Machine Learning, AI, platforms, or cloud solutions.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including technical teams and executive leadership.
• Practical knowledge in risk management, scope, timelines, and governance.
• Ability to strategically interpret the client's context and translate business needs into delivery plans.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and monitoring rituals (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, etc.).
• Clear, structured communication tailored to various audiences.
