This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Enhance team performance and the delivery of business value for intricate projects.

• Provide Development Guidance: Serve as the advocate for the Product Owner and Scrum leader, meticulously documenting and managing all dependencies and blockers.
• Streamline Delivery: Direct feature design and prioritization to maximize team efficiency and business value, leveraging AI to inform decision-making and improve prioritization processes.
• Boost Velocity: Identify and mitigate risks/blockers, promote Praxent best practices, and lead the team toward successful outcomes.
• Facilitate Grooming: Build rapport with clients, extract detailed insights, and escalate issues when project scope changes.
• Ensure Consistent Execution: Follow Agile/Praxent best practices, continually monitoring and refining processes.
• Sustain daily client trust and relationships; document and oversee scope modifications, risks, and dependencies; and monitor and refine processes to prevent blockers and enhance velocity.
• Over 5 years of experience leading scrum ceremonies; experience in crafting detailed user stories; and experience in direct client interactions.
• May entail intensive programs, a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner is preferred.
