Senior Deal Desk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact between Sales, Legal, and Finance to expedite the review and approval process for intricate orders.

• Provide guidance to the sales team on complex deal structuring and policies related to revenue recognition.

• Assist in resolving issues related to deal construction while fulfilling customer requirements and maximizing booking value.

• Collaborate with Sales to create and manage quotes within Salesforce.

• Utilize internal policy knowledge to ensure that quotes comply with company policies.

• Handle internal escalations related to policy exceptions from the Sales team.

• Develop innovative solutions to minimize friction and risk throughout the sales process.

• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the quote-to-cash process.

• Identify and implement strategies to address systemic operational challenges within Salesforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or related fields.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with go-to-market teams and cross-functional departments.

• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS businesses, including operational metrics and processes.

• Experience managing complex deals across a multi-product portfolio.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• A customer-centric mindset.

• Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ.

• Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules and booking terms.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Operations, Finance, Accounting, or Data/Analytics.
