Senior Deal Desk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive commercial support for intricate, non-standard transactions, encompassing pricing models, discount strategies, and standard concessions.

• Engage in negotiations over complex commercial and contractual adjustments with sellers, sales leadership, and customers, collaborating with Legal on notable risk deviations.

• Independently address high-stakes deal escalations for stakeholders in Finance, Legal, RevOps, and Systems.

• Convert recurring deal challenges and ambiguous exceptions into approval guidelines, playbooks, exception classifications, and enhancements in workflow.

• Assess quote-to-cash processes and identify which transactions necessitate human intervention versus guided self-service or automation.

• Mentor junior team members to enhance commercial skills, handoff quality, and transaction readiness within revenue operations.

• Function as an autonomous commercial lead while spearheading operational improvements throughout the function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or quote-to-cash support roles.

• Background in a B2B SaaS or technology organization.

• Capability to independently structure semi-complex and complex deals.

• Experience in managing pricing negotiations.

• Proficiency in resolving cross-functional escalations without the need for management intervention.

• Direct experience in negotiating commercial terms and contractual adjustments with sales leaders and customer representatives.

• Extensive expertise with Salesforce.

• Familiarity with CPQ systems for managing approval workflows and transaction structures.

• Proven record of contributing to workflow optimization, policy clarification, or sales enablement initiatives.
