This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze workflows, inputs, outputs, dependencies, constraints, edge cases, and expected behaviors of the enterprise platform.
• Assess platform modifications and their downstream effects, providing recommendations for cross-functional decisions and release readiness.
• Approve or decline configuration changes prior to release according to established system logic and quality standards.
• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of structured data inputs, datasets, configurations, and system outputs.
• Lead impact analysis for changes in application logic and workflows, and facilitate the resolution of data inconsistencies and defects.
• Define testing strategies, scenarios, and validation criteria for platform changes.
• Oversee functional and regression validation processes, documenting outcomes, gaps, risks, and necessary remediation steps.
• Perform root cause analysis and initiate corrective actions to enhance system reliability.
• Manage user-facing documentation, documentation standards, traceability, release readiness, and release communications.
• Provide validation approval for releases and monitor post-release issue identification and resolution.
• Recognize and implement continuous improvement initiatives utilizing AI-enabled analytical tools where applicable.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, business, privacy, and operational teams as a subject matter expert in platform functionality and workflow design.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in a data systems analyst role or a similar position, focusing on analyzing, testing, and validating data through pipelines and systems.
• Practical experience with AWS S3 and similar cloud storage solutions.
• Familiarity with structured and semi-structured datasets, including relational tables, JSON/XML, and log files.
• Proficient in testing and troubleshooting APIs and JSON payloads.
• Ability to interpret logs, schemas, and configuration files in formats such as CSV and JSON.
• Experience testing data and systems within CI/CD pipelines, distributed systems, and integrated data pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven tools, with the ability to learn digital tools independently.
• Clear and concise communication skills, along with data-informed decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable utilizing AI-enabled tools with sound judgment and human oversight.

• Preferred: proficiency in Python and pandas for data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
• Preferred: familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
