Senior Data Security Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement, enhance, and provide ongoing support for data security technologies such as DLP (30%)

• Execute and continuously refine essential data security processes, including threat analysis, data monitoring, and access control management (20%)

• Develop procedures for categorizing data and establishing access controls for both Structured and Unstructured data, leveraging insights to enhance capabilities and automation (20%)

• Collaborate with the application security team to create joint processes for data orchestration and improvements, focusing on team efficiency, documentation, and training (20%)

• Create and present data analytics and KPI reporting to ensure operational effectiveness and health of controls (10%)

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field is required.

• 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI services within Data Security.

• A selection of security and technology certifications and/or equivalent proven experience.

• Attention to detail, with the ability to recognize and address important aspects accurately and efficiently.

• Clear and effective communication skills to convey necessary information.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English as well as the local language.

• Capable of creating and delivering formal presentations.

• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.

• Strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, ensuring tasks are driven to completion.

• Ability to work constructively under stress and pressure when managing high workloads and deadlines.
