Senior Data Scientist – Risk Modeling Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the selection process for the Safeguards risk-based review.

• Enhance and maintain risk models, health score calculations, data fields, scripts, macros, dashboards, and analytical tools.

• Identify agency partners that are most at risk and aid in the prioritization of reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, mathematics, engineering, finance, economics, data science, or a related field.

• Proven experience utilizing scientific methods, processes, algorithms, and systems to derive insights from both structured and unstructured data.

• Demonstrated ability to apply data insights across various application domains.

• Experience in using automation and scripting techniques effectively.

• Proven track record of presenting findings to management and non-technical audiences.

• Specialized knowledge in Tableau, R programming, Python 3, and VBA.

• Capability to fulfill IRS suitability and staff-like access requirements.
