Senior Data Scientist – Pharma, Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create predictive models to analyze patient events and healthcare professional engagement.

• Expand Next Best Action (NBA) strategies across various brands and channels.

• Design GenAI agents, RAG workflows, and AI-driven decision-making tools.

• Construct and sustain comprehensive ML pipelines utilizing Databricks and AWS/Azure ML.

• Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD.

• Work with healthcare datasets such as claims, EHR, CRM, and digital engagement data.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to provide actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline.

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning (experience in pharma commercial is preferred).

• Proficient in Python, SQL, machine learning modeling, and natural language processing (NLP).

• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), GenAI frameworks, and LangChain/AutoGen.

• Practical experience with Databricks, AWS/Azure ML, and MLOps methodologies.
