Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide support for cost management services on extensive data center construction initiatives

• Aid in the development of comprehensive cost estimates and financial plans

• Evaluate contractor submissions and assist in value engineering processes

• Create and manage project budgets and financial reports

• Play a role in efforts to prevent and resolve disputes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related discipline

• 3-5 years of pertinent experience in cost management within the construction sector

• RICS accredited or actively pursuing accreditation is preferred

• Strong understanding of construction techniques and procurement methods

• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

• Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary
