Senior Product Manager, Mainframe Hybrid Data & Integration Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This position will concentrate on the outward-facing integration layer—ensuring that mainframe data and services are effectively accessible by digital channels, analytics platforms, data lakes, technologies, and modern applications.

• Take ownership of the services that present mainframe transactions and data as contemporary, usable APIs for digital applications, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to package and deliver mainframe services to external clients through API enablement.

• Articulate and communicate a clear product vision for our hybrid data & integration services portfolio related to mainframe.

• Develop persuasive value propositions that resonate with both technical buyers and business stakeholders.

• Propel the commercial success of your product portfolio, which includes pricing strategy, packaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market planning.

• Manage the product roadmap for your portfolio, making prioritization choices based on customer value, strategic alignment, and commercial impact.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and purchasing behaviors associated with mainframe data accessibility and integration challenges.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of seven years of experience in product management or strategic roles within enterprise software and technology services.

• At least seven years of experience working with or at a managed service provider.

• A bachelor’s degree in business or economics, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in enterprise integration, API platforms, data services, data integration, or related fields.

• Understanding of the mainframe ecosystem and its significance in enterprise IT environments, especially as a source of essential business data.

• Capability to translate technical, complex requirements into straightforward, actionable terms, and to commercialize offerings for customer use.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with precise execution, working collaboratively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
