Senior Data Scientist / Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.

• Develop and enhance data models for analytics and reporting purposes.

• Automate data pipelines by utilizing CI/CD methodologies.

• Oversee data jobs and resolve any failures or performance challenges.

• Facilitate data use for: BI dashboards and reporting tools, data science and advanced analytics teams, APIs, and custom business applications.

• Work with both structured and semi-structured datasets (CSV, JSON, Parquet, etc.).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide scalable data solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data-related roles.

• Proven expertise in data engineering, ETL/ELT design, and data modeling.

• Advanced SQL proficiency for data transformation and analysis.

• Strong programming background in: Python (required), SQL (required), with Java or Scala being an advantage.

• Familiarity with data lakes and data warehousing concepts.

• Comprehensive understanding of performance optimization and scalable data architecture.

• Experience in cloud-based or enterprise-level data environments.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Preferred: Experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.

• Familiarity with contemporary orchestration or automation frameworks.
