This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the analytics lead for broker data products and market strategies.
• Define and execute comprehensive measurement and data science initiatives from problem identification to implementation.
• Create success metrics at the broker level and establish causal inference frameworks, including matching techniques and difference-in-differences analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and go-to-market teams on measurement strategies and the development of data products.
• Perform in-depth analyses and opportunity assessments for product and go-to-market strategies.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop scalable analytical pipelines, scheduled processes, and reusable data products.
• Utilize AI-enabled analytics workflows while ensuring deterministic and verifiable analytical methods.
• Support externally focused product value narratives with robust methodologies.
• Manage broker measurement and data product analytics comprehensively as a solo contributor.
• Over 5 years of experience in data science, product analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong expertise in statistics, causal inference, and experimental design (A/B testing).
• Capability to create robust metrics and evaluate product or go-to-market effectiveness.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams.
• Proficient in SQL and Python programming.
• Familiarity with large datasets in contemporary data platforms such as Spark and Databricks.
• Effective application of AI tools in analytical tasks while maintaining methodological rigor.
• Senior-level experience in product analytics, covering measurement, experimentation, clickstream analysis, and segment analysis.
• Proven ability to build dependable, scalable analytical pipelines and scheduled data processes, or contribute to the development of data and analytics platforms.
• Capacity to operate independently in ambiguous environments as an end-to-end owner.
• A Master's degree or equivalent experience in statistics or a similar quantitative field is preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred but not mandatory.
