Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to comprehend their business challenges, pinpoint AI opportunities, and outline solution requirements.

• Guide customer interactions from the discovery phase and solution design through to deployment, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor, assisting clients in the successful implementation and scaling of AI-driven solutions.

• Articulate technical concepts, solution proposals, and business results to audiences ranging from practitioners to executive leadership.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions tailored to real-world supply chain challenges.

• Create production-ready ML pipelines, AI applications, prototypes, and proof-of-concept models.

• Assess emerging AI technologies and adapt cutting-edge techniques to meet customer and product requirements.

• Ensure that solutions achieve a balance of technical excellence, scalability, and business value.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer success.

• Influence product strategy by integrating customer insights, implementation experiences, and industry trends back into the organization.

• Mentor team members and contribute to the establishment of best practices in AI solution development and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• BE/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production settings.

• Experience collaborating directly with clients, stakeholders, or business teams to define and deliver technical solutions.

• Strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, experimentation, and data science methodologies.

• Practical experience with LLMs, Generative AI, agentic systems, RAG architectures, and model evaluation techniques.

• Proficient in Python, SQL, object-oriented programming, and contemporary software development practices.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capability to navigate uncertainty, drive results autonomously, and balance technical depth with business impact.
