This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Provide assistance to the Senior Project Manager in administrative and project management tasks related to critical environment projects, such as enterprise data centers and infrastructure initiatives.
• Actively manage and monitor project-related issues associated with the account.
• Exhibit proficiency in utilizing project management tools and systems essential for the assigned projects.
• Aid in the development of project scope, timelines, and documentation for designated efforts.
• Record and disseminate weekly meeting notes and action items.
• Oversee the activities of contractors and subcontractors, including the relocation of technical functions as needed.
• Support minor renovation and infrastructure projects as required.
• Engage with and facilitate coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
• Maintain a proactive approach to fulfilling client and project needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Make independent decisions regarding assigned responsibilities and seek guidance for decisions beyond the defined scope.
• Assist in vendor RFP coordination and ensure the maintenance of accurate and consistent electronic project files.
• Aid the account team in achieving business development objectives, including the preparation of information for existing contract expansions or new opportunities.
• Foster client relationships and assist with issue resolution as necessary.
• Carry out other project-related tasks as assigned.
• Must be a US citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a DoD Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility criteria to successfully obtain (and maintain) a DoD Secret Clearance.
• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management within data center or mission-critical environments.
• Familiarity with federal government contracting and documentation practices is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
