Senior Data Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive Machine Learning models from start to finish.

• Create solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies.

• Design and establish Generative AI-driven systems for knowledge analysis and extraction.

• Develop and enhance data and feature pipelines within the Databricks Lakehouse framework.

• Conduct advanced relationship analysis through graphs and Graph Analytics.

• Construct semantic models and knowledge structures to depict business entities, concepts, and relationships.

• Implement vector search solutions utilizing embeddings.

• Connect Databricks Lakehouse environments with PostgreSQL and Lakebase for data serving and application consumption.

• Play a role in outlining architecture, governance, and best practices for Data Science and AI solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a technology transformation setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and contemporary data platforms.

• Familiarity with Databricks.

• Understanding of Apache Spark / PySpark.

• Acquaintance with Delta Lake.

• Knowledge of Unity Catalog.

• Proficient in MLflow.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Solid proficiency in SQL.

• Understanding of PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Machine Learning.

• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Familiarity with embeddings.

• Knowledge of vector search.

• Understanding of GraphFrames.

• Familiarity with data modeling.

• Knowledge of Knowledge Graph concepts.

• Understanding of semantic modeling.
