Senior Data Scientist, AI Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Engineers and Data Engineers to develop reliable, efficient, and scalable data infrastructures, tools, and processes that support the long-term growth of our AI/ML capabilities.

• Utilize data-driven insights to proactively pinpoint the most impactful opportunities, directly shaping product roadmaps and strategies for Dash Chat and Search.

• Conduct exploratory and in-depth analyses to comprehend user workflows and engagement patterns related to AI features, formulate hypotheses, and design & execute experiments with precision and effective data techniques.

• Convert complex data insights into actionable implications and recommendations for the business through exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Determine the most critical priorities and make ruthless decisions for the area you will oversee.

• Foster a culture of strong technical ownership, collaborating with Data Science leadership to continuously evolve the Data Science working model and enhance its impact.

• Engage with cross-functional teams (including Product, Engineering, Design, User Research, and senior executives) to swiftly execute and iterate on projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field: Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience utilizing data-driven analysis to influence product roadmaps and business decisions, ideally within a technology company.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, drive measurable business outcomes, and proactively engage with business stakeholders with minimal guidance.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming/scripting languages.

• In-depth understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and common analytical techniques such as regression and decision trees.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
