πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee intricate analytics initiatives centered on pharmacy, clinical conditions, health outcomes, and comprehensive care cost strategies.

β€’ Develop and implement program evaluations, outcomes research studies, opportunity analyses, matched case-control studies, and various advanced analytical methods.

β€’ Examine extensive healthcare claims datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.

β€’ Collaborate with clinical, product, finance, and business stakeholders to establish objectives, methodologies, and strategic recommendations.

β€’ Deliver analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical groups, including senior leadership.

β€’ Manage multiple projects concurrently while overseeing scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.

β€’ Guide junior analysts and data scientists through technical mentorship and work-product evaluations.

β€’ Discover opportunities to automate reporting, enhance analytical efficiency, and create scalable analytics frameworks and solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, clinical outcomes research, pharmacy analytics, data science, or a related discipline.

β€’ Extensive experience with healthcare claims data, encompassing both medical and pharmacy claims.

β€’ Advanced skills in SQL.

β€’ Familiarity with analytics tools such as Databricks, Python, R, or equivalent technologies.

β€’ Proven track record of leading complex analytical projects and influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization.

β€’ Experience in study design, program evaluation, causal inference methods, and/or health outcomes research.

β€’ Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

β€’ Experience in mentoring analysts and contributing to technical best practices is preferred.

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Epidemiology, Economics, Public Health, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

β€’ If working remotely, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is necessary.
