This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Spearhead the product strategy for the Enterprise Data Platform in collaboration with the Engineering team.
• Assess and quantify the platform's value by analyzing existing friction points and future requirements.
• Bring the vision for the Enterprise Data Platform and Hub to life by creating a practical roadmap.
• Take ownership of a multi-quarter Data Platform roadmap, balancing foundational initiatives with high-impact use cases.
• Facilitate Machine Learning and Data Science on the platform by ensuring it meets model development and deployment needs.
• Convert cross-functional requirements into reusable platform features.
• Articulate platform requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Propel execution across various workstreams for platform initiatives.
• Serve as a peer to teams in Data Engineering and Architecture.
• Deliver, assess, and refine platform capabilities.
• Enhance adoption and monitor outcomes related to platform utilization.
• Establish yourself as the go-to expert on our Enterprise Data Platform.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing Data or Analytics Products, with a strong preference for direct Data Product Management experience.
• At least 7 years of experience working in or closely with Data Engineering, Data Platform, or Analytics teams.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing end-to-end data or platform products.
• Extensive knowledge of data warehousing and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Proficient in SQL.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience collaborating with Data Science and/or Machine Learning Engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement multi-quarter product strategies.
• Strong project and program delivery capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted analytics or natural-language query tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team meetings, and other events.
