Senior Data Engineer – Databricks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead technical efforts for data engineering projects

• Create and sustain data pipelines

• Engage in data modeling activities

• Construct Data Lakes/Lakehouses utilizing Delta Lake

• Utilize SQL on a regular basis

• Collaborate with Azure Data Factory and PySpark on Databricks

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Azure

• Strong expertise in Databricks

• Proven experience in data modeling and developing Data Lakes/Lakehouses with Delta Lake

• Familiarity with orchestrating pipelines (e.g., Airflow or similar tools)

• Experience with Azure Data Factory

• Proficiency in PySpark on Databricks

• Solid understanding of SQL

• Fluency or proficiency in Portuguese is not a mandatory requirement
