This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish monitoring systems and routines for data, applications, queries, and various components.

• Improve data models and architecture, and construct data pipelines to fulfill new engineering and business needs.

• Execute data migration, processing, and storage routines (ETL).

• Create integrations between diverse data sources (RDS, external APIs, etc.) to consolidate data in a data lake.

• Carry out and oversee load tests.

• Supervise data pipelines in a production environment.

• Proficiency in Python.

• Familiarity with GCP.

• Experience with continuous integration and cloud deployment.

• Knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts.

• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Awareness of cloud platform services and resources.

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture.

• Previous experience with streaming projects is advantageous.

• Experience with Airflow is beneficial.

• Background in distributed data processing (Spark or similar technologies) is a plus.
