Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Construct and sustain ETL/ELT pipelines that assimilate advertising data feeds (Adform master data feeds, Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API) into Snowflake.

• Create and enhance Snowflake stored procedures for data rollups, attribution calculations, and analytics aggregations.

• Oversee AWS Lambda functions (Node.js, Java) for real-time and batch data processing, including pixel event ingestion and Snowflake notifications.

• Monitor and resolve issues with data pipeline health, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness across the platform.

• Design and upkeep data models in Snowflake to facilitate dashboard reporting, attribution analysis, and Cool AI features.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to incorporate new data sources and DSP connections.

• Develop and manage S3-based data lake architecture for raw feed storage and processing.

• Support SQS-based asynchronous workflows for report generation and data processing queues.

• Execute data quality checks and implement alerting for pipeline failures or data anomalies.

• Document data flows, schemas, and the architecture of pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.

• Demonstrated history of designing and managing end-to-end data pipelines in production.

• Capability to mentor junior engineers and influence technical decisions regarding data architecture.

• Must be available to work primarily between the hours of 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM ET.

• Must possess a player/coach mentality, willing to both execute tasks and take on leadership roles.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while setting and achieving deadlines.
