Senior Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Design and execute governance solutions based on Snowflake that guarantee data quality, security, and compliance throughout enterprise platforms.

• Create automated privacy processes to enhance data protection workflows and minimize manual intervention.

• Aid in data cleanup efforts to uphold data integrity and improve warehouse performance.

• Apply data masking and obfuscation methods to protect sensitive information.

• Contribute to the remediation of JSON field privacy to ensure adherence to data protection regulations.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop scalable data architecture and pipeline solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Snowflake SQL and data warehousing principles.

• Significant experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and the development of pipelines.

• Proven knowledge in the implementation of data privacy and governance.

• Practical experience in processing and manipulating JSON data formats.

• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms and their architectural models.

• Proficient in automation scripting (Python, Bash, or similar languages).

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• English: Advanced (essential for effective communication with global teams).
