Senior Data Center Ethernet Network Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative data center networks for NVIDIA clients within the Plan, Design, & Implement framework.

• Enhance comprehensive technological solutions for key customers in the AI Factory and Enterprise data center sectors.

• Spot opportunities for enhancements in business technology.

• Offer insights and recommendations to marketing and engineering teams to improve product strategies.

• Deliver Ethernet expertise to clients throughout the sales process.

• Design, architect, and test Ethernet networking solutions.

• Collaborate with multifunctional teams to support server infrastructure builds, accelerated computing workloads, and GPU-enabled AI applications.

• Develop and assess DevOps automation scripts for network operations.

• Create network architectures and formulate switch configurations.

• Execute network implementation and validation tasks for data centers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a CCNP certification, or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of expertise in networking fundamentals, Ethernet switch configuration, TCP/IP stack comprehension, and data center architecture.

• Direct involvement in configuring and troubleshooting VXLAN-EVPN (Required).

• Customer-facing experience in network requirement analysis, designing next-generation data center network architectures, and validating functionality through simulations.

• Skilled in automation tools such as Ansible, Salt, or Puppet.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Strong prioritization skills to optimize technology and enhance customer experiences.

• Capability to transfer knowledge, create handover materials, and provide deployment support.

• Linux certifications are a preferred differentiator.

• Internetwork Expert certifications like CCIE, JNCIE, or ACE-E are a preferred differentiator.

• Experience with Cumulus OS is a preferred differentiator.
