This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, test, and implement LLMs and agents to streamline unstructured, multi-step data investigations.

• Develop, test, and execute automated workflows using Python to convert repetitive manual tasks into scalable solutions.

• Create single-user tools and multi-user workflows to enhance human productivity.

• Establish data architecture and AI orchestration frameworks to ensure safety, accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability.

• Conduct SQL queries and multi-step data analyses on complex telecommunications datasets to maximize gross margins, mitigate fraud, and enhance network quality.

• Create dashboards and repeatable business intelligence solutions using Tableau, Looker, or Python.

• Identify key performance indicators and monitor performance over time.

• Collaborate with Carrier Relations, Enterprise Technology, Product, Supply Operations, and Finance to convert business needs into data requirements and governance standards.

• Produce and verbally present insights that address business inquiries.

• Take full ownership of data products, from defining requirements and creating documentation to implementation and delivery.

• Ensure timely project delivery to a high standard, positively influencing customer experience and company success.

• Occasionally travel for project or team meetings in person.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in developing technical data and automation solutions.

• Extensive expertise in SQL and relational database schemas.

• Significant experience with Google Sheets (or Excel), Tableau, and/or Looker.

• Proficient in using Python, APIs, or workflow platforms (e.g., Airtable, Coefficient, Zapier/n8n) to create automated data workflows and process pipelines.

• Experience in building agents (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI, Gemini) and training LLM models to tackle complex, multi-step, unstructured challenges.

• Strong understanding and commitment to data management, governance, and hygiene.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey findings effectively.

• Capable of breaking down business problems into manageable components.

• Proven track record of utilizing technology safely with frameworks and metrics to ensure accuracy, efficiency, maintainability, and safety.

• Familiarity with telecommunications, messaging, and voice networks.

• Background in SaaS, technology, management consulting, or investment banking.

• Project management experience and the ability to communicate requirements to data teams.

• Experience engaging with customers, vendors, and external partners.
