📋 Description

• Lead and enhance the agency's operations

• Inspire and manage a team of independent reviewers and Data Agents

• Utilize AI technologies to assess market trends and optimize outreach and business processes

• Oversee a variety of platform and client projects

• Manage high-converting content on Grazy Promotion

• Address virtual real estate and customer inquiries in GeniusAI

• Foster relationships with partners and platforms such as Digistore24 and CopeCart

• Acquire and cultivate your own clientele

• Prepare forecasts and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Manage leads within the CRM system

• Consistently surpass established growth targets

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven success in marketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in a leadership capacity

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and process automation

• Proficiency in German, both written and verbal

• Strong command of English

• Ability to cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and team members

• Analytical mindset along with systematic problem-solving abilities

• Entrepreneurial spirit

• Willingness to invest a modest amount of initial capital for your own setup
