Senior Data Analytics Manager – SSC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable analytical partner to SSC operations leadership, actively comprehending their shifting priorities and translating business requirements into precise analytical inquiries.

• Take ownership of comprehensive analysis of SSC performance, including conversion effectiveness across various lifecycle stages (Lead-to-Contact, Lead-to-Application, Application-to-Enrollment), agent activities, pipeline operations, retention indicators, and Voice of the Student analytics.

• Develop analytical frameworks and dashboards in Power BI that empower SSC leaders to independently access operational KPIs; pinpoint performance drivers, anomalies, and opportunities for enhancement throughout the SSC funnel.

• Provide objective contributions to enrollment forecasting by incorporating call center and pipeline signals into ongoing forecast models; track leading indicators and proactively present early warning signs to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in business analytics, operations analytics, strategy, or management consulting.

• At least 4 years of experience working directly with senior operations or call center stakeholders as a primary analytical partner, managing the relationship rather than merely supporting it.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous or imperfect data environments while maintaining analytical integrity.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).

• Background in higher education, enrollment management, or student lifecycle analytics.

• Expertise in funnel analytics; experience with conversion rate analysis across multi-stage pipelines.

• Proficiency in Excel for scenario modeling and operational analysis. A Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
