Senior Data Analyst, Supply

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on suppliers, which includes direct-contract accommodation providers, hotel chains, and third-party vendors, while recommending strategic, product, and process enhancements to boost platform efficiency.

• Create and automate accommodation portfolio reporting for various teams, leveraging SQL query templates, auto-refreshing data marts, and executive dashboards tailored for C-level executives.

• Examine both internal and external data to enhance the hotel offerings and engage in Product Discovery for the Extranet hotel-partner portal.

• Develop and continuously refine analytical algorithms, such as prioritization, segmentation, and predictive models, to support the Business Development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst.

• High level of proficiency in SQL, including techniques for query optimization.

• Solid understanding of Python and principles of object-oriented programming.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Capability to comprehend business processes and formulate essential hypotheses for analysis.

• Comprehensive knowledge of statistics with practical experience in statistical methods relevant to hypothesis testing, research, confidence levels, and generalizability of outcomes.

• Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders and presenting insights and recommendations effectively through data visualizations.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or above.
