Senior Data Analyst – SME CRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Link customer data and behaviors to CRM decision-making processes

• Convert analytical models into actionable CRM strategies

• Assist in enhancing customer engagement, conversion rates, and retention levels

• Evaluate campaign performance utilizing NBO/NBA methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in data analysis, CRM analytics, and marketing analytics

• High-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analytical modeling

• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau

• Understanding of NBO/NBA applications and propensity modeling

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation techniques

• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Adobe Campaign

• Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical programming languages is a plus
