This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Develop a CRM strategy within a cross-team environment, simultaneously integrating the product roadmap and CRM execution.
β’ Manage retention approaches for two different business models concurrently.
β’ Transition from mass campaigns to personalized behavioral scenarios that have a real impact on metrics.
β’ Build an end-to-end CRM/retention strategy β from activation and engagement to reactivation and win-back.
β’ Contribute to the formation of the CRM roadmap and prioritize actions based on business metrics.
β’ Design a segmentation, personalization, and behavioral-trigger logic system across all key lifecycle touchpoints.
β’ Launch hypotheses and A/B tests that enhance Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU, and reduce Churn.
β’ Foster team development: set direction, provide quality feedback, create growth plans, and cultivate a data-driven and experimental culture.
β’ You have 3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or related fields and understand how lifecycle mechanics affect business metrics.
β’ You have built and launched multi-channel CRM lifecycle campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) β onboarding, activation, reactivation, win-back, VIP-flows.
β’ You are familiar with ESP/CRM platforms in practice: Braze, Klaviyo, Customer.io, OneSignal, SendGrid, or similar.
β’ You can segment by behavior and events, initiate behavioral and event-based triggers, and create dynamic content.
β’ You have conducted A/B tests from hypothesis to decision and can accurately interpret results β including control groups.
β’ You are knowledgeable about retention and monetization metrics: D1/D7/D30, DAU/MAU, Churn, LTV, ARPU β and understand how they interrelate in subscription or usage-based products.
β’ You work with analytical tools: Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
β’ Your English is at a B2+ level β sufficient for communication in an international context and for understanding documentation.
