This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• New customer onboarding: Serve as the primary contact, facilitating a seamless transition and ensuring customers are equipped to utilize all features of our platform.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong connections with our clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring they achieve success with our solution.
• Success analysis: Track customer performance and platform usage, identifying opportunities for enhancement and anticipating potential issues.
• Problem solving: Function as a specialist on our platform, addressing inquiries and assisting in overcoming challenges.
• Feedback and improvement: Gather customer insights and collaborate with the product and development teams to help shape the future of our tool.
• Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
