This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Carry out operational tasks to assist Customer Success, which includes evaluating price quotes, assigning members to account teams, and formatting and dispatching automated communications to customers.

• Collaborate effectively with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of operational initiatives.

• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of our Customer Success tools, processes, and procedures.

• Offer internal support for end-users of Customer Success tools.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and suggest solutions aimed at improving efficiency and scalability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).

• 1-2 years of pertinent experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations, or Finance.

• Self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Highly driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player; capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, embrace new responsibilities, and prioritize effectively within a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (especially Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets).

• Familiarity with CRM systems, Customer Success Management, and/or Support Case Management tools.
