Manager, BizOps – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• You will be part of our central BizOps & Analytics team while being integrated within one of Jerry's essential business sectors — growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships — taking full ownership of the analytical responsibilities for that specific unit.

• Identify the appropriate problems: Before conducting any analysis, ensure you comprehend the business question it addresses and the decision it will influence. Challenge any flawed questions.

• Data and insights: Establish metrics, create reports, execute analyses, design experiments, and extract data insights that enhance your team's key metrics.

• Drive outcomes: Present recommendations to your counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations, explaining what is occurring, the reasons behind it, and the recommended next steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical abilities; capability to independently gather, structure, and interpret data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering significant results.

• Effective and persuasive communicator with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.
