This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize a variety of analytical methods to extract insights across our go-to-market teams, including sales, RevOps, marketing, and customer success.
• Synthesize diverse data and findings into compelling narratives that can be utilized throughout Tremendous.
• Champion data-driven decision-making by collaborating with key stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Recognize and implement enhancements within the Data team by standardizing processes, developing innovative practices, mentoring others, and cultivating new expertise.
• Become part of a growing team of analysts and actively engage in team collaboration and cultural development.
• Extensive experience with B2B GTM analytics across some or all areas of marketing, sales, RevOps, and customer success.
• Advanced SQL skills with a preference for well-structured data models, optimized query performance, and well-documented code.
• Proficiency in at least one visualization and business intelligence platform, such as Sigma, Tableau, or Mode.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to accelerate project progress, emphasizing rapid and incremental development.
• Systematic approach to tackle ambiguous exploratory analysis.
• Capability to leverage data to meet ambitious objectives and influence company-wide outcomes.
• Experience as a technical lead or manager is advantageous.
• Background in forecasting and predictive modeling is a plus.
• Familiarity with operational tools and systems such as Segment, Amplitude, and Hubspot (or other CRM tools) is a bonus.
• Experience with dbt, Fivetran, or Census is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Python or R is a bonus.
