This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take the lead on comprehensive analytics initiatives from start to finish.
• Oversee multiple priorities and simultaneous workstreams while adhering to established timelines.
• Uncover additional value from data through the use of both current and emerging technologies.
• Design and manage reports, dashboards, and insights covering operational, financial, and performance metrics.
• Create intricate dashboards and analytical products leveraging data storytelling and visual analytics.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques with SQL, Python, and various analytics platforms.
• Integrate Generative AI and AI-driven tools into analytics solutions.
• Establish trusted relationships with partners, senior stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Convert analytical findings into comprehensible narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Encourage data literacy and support insight-led decision-making.
• Develop and uphold analytics standards, data quality controls, review practices, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee and enhance routine BI and analytics processes, including KPI definition and monitoring.
• Ensure that outputs comply with firm standards, risk requirements, and delivery frameworks.
• Share knowledge and contribute to team capability enhancement.
• Advocate for consistent analytics practices throughout the firm.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data or business analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in advanced data visualization and dashboarding.
• Practical experience with Power BI or similar tools, such as Tableau or QlikView.
• Experience utilizing Large Language Models and AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong command of SQL and Python or a similar programming language.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent platforms.
• Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in an Agile environment.
• Keen attention to detail, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience as a senior member of an analytics or data team, managing complex analytical tasks.
• Experience working with global or distributed teams is preferred.
• Desirable experience in continuous improvement and sustainable process change.
• Agile or delivery-management certifications are a plus.
• Experience in coaching or managing junior analysts is advantageous.
• Ability to translate business and user requirements into technical integration specifications is desirable.
• Familiarity with APIs, including REST services, and AI integration protocols such as MCP is a plus.
• Must reside in the UK.
• Must not be located in Northern Ireland.
• Must live at least 100 miles away from an HSF Kramer London office.
