Senior Data Analyst, CX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist managers from the CX team (sales, customer success) in interpreting quantitative data; formulating relevant business questions and hypotheses, and conducting analyses that aid in validating them.

• Play an essential role in the project focused on identifying upsell opportunities.

• Maintain and enhance reporting for our Tidio+ customers.

• Create straightforward dashboards.

• Train key stakeholders in the domain of CX analytics.

• Manage CX analytics tools necessary for effectively evaluating our initiatives in collaboration with our Data Engineers.

• Proactively analyze data to provide recommendations on the direction of further developments and improvements.

• Participate in long-term projects aimed at enhancing CX processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with CX and CS metrics along with experience working with CX teams.

• Experience utilizing CX tools such as Hubspot or Totango.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and inquisitiveness – you prioritize outcomes over tasks; you take ownership of projects and demonstrate passion and ambition for your engagements.

• Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset – you can swiftly assess concepts and discard those that are ineffective.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Spreadsheets.

• Open-mindedness and intuition.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex analyses.

• Proficiency in English.

• Bonus points for:

• Experience in SaaS/E-commerce.

• Knowledge of Python or R would be advantageous.

• Experience with DBT would be a plus.
