Senior Data Analyst Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and manage automated dashboards for essential metrics reporting within Talent Acquisition.

• Derive insights that will significantly influence outcomes.

• Convey a narrative that enhances the data presented.

• Segment extensive data sets and retrieve information from data warehouses utilizing SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other business intelligence tools.

• Manipulate and integrate data sets from various sources using data transformation tools such as Alteryx, SAS, Power Query, Data Bricks, and more.

• Analyze data using suitable quantitative and qualitative methods.

• Collaborate with TA program teams as the subject matter expert on all aspects of TA data.

• Collect, compile, and validate supporting data for operational metric reporting.

• Provide insights and commentary on trends that impact business performance.

• Continuously assess and enhance analytical methods, processes, tools, and operations.

• Work alongside stakeholders in the business and the broader team to foster understanding of Talent Acquisition customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in finance, people analytics, or a related field.

• Proficient in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Amazon QuickSight.

• Experience with Data Visualization tools.

• Advanced skills in Excel for data modeling and analysis.

• Experience handling large data sets and data warehousing.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Inquisitive and analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

• Enthusiasm for developing intuitive data visualizations.

• Analytical ability to extract insights from data and recognize trends.
