Senior Data Analyst Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain automated dashboards for essential metrics reporting within Talent Acquisition.

• Derive insights that will yield the greatest impact.

• Convey a narrative that enhances the data presentation.

• Segment extensive data sets and retrieve data from data warehouses using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and various business intelligence tools.

• Transform and integrate data sets from diverse sources utilizing data transformation tools such as Alteryx, SAS, Power Query, Data Bricks, etc.

• Evaluate data using suitable quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition program teams as the subject matter expert in TA data.

• Collect, compile, and validate data to support operational metric reporting.

• Provide insights and commentary on trends that influence business performance.

• Continuously assess and enhance analytical methods, processes, tools, and operations.

• Work with stakeholders across the business and the broader team to foster understanding of Talent Acquisition customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in finance, people analytics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Amazon QuickSight.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools.

• Advanced skills in Excel for data modeling and analysis.

• Experience handling large data sets and data warehousing.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Curious and analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
