This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain automated dashboards to report on key metrics within Talent Acquisition, deriving insights that significantly impact, and confidently sharing narratives that enhance the data.

• Capable of segmenting extensive data sets and retrieving data from data warehouses utilizing SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and various business intelligence tools.

• Combine and manipulate data sets from diverse sources using data transformation tools like Alteryx, SAS, Power Query, Data Bricks, etc.

• Assess data utilizing suitable quantitative and qualitative methodologies while collaborating with other TA program teams as the subject matter expert in TA data.

• Collect, organize, and verify supporting data for operational metric reporting, providing insights and commentary on trends that influence business performance.

• Regularly assess and enhance analytical strategies, processes, tools, and operations to guarantee maximum impact from the team.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the wider team (Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers) to foster understanding of Talent Acquisition customers and ultimately enhance the customer experience.

• Adaptable and able to engage in ad hoc and special projects in response to evolving business requirements and company priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in finance, people analytics, or a related field.

• Proficiency with the following systems: SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Amazon QuickSight.

• Experience with Data Visualization tools, capable of utilizing large datasets to create reports and dashboards.

• Advanced Excel skills for data modeling and analysis.

• Proven experience working with large data sets and data warehousing.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A curious, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

• Enthusiasm for crafting intuitive data visualizations.

• Analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from data and trends.

• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit within a team setting.

• A self-driven approach to work, consistently striving to meet and exceed goals.
