This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Analyze procurement and expenditure datasets from various internal and external sources to deliver valuable business insights, enhance spend visibility, and facilitate strategic procurement decision-making.
• Conduct data cleansing, transformation, enrichment, reconciliation, and validation tasks to ensure that procurement reporting data is precise, dependable, and suitable for business purposes.
• Create spend analysis reports across suppliers, entities, categories, GL accounts, and additional procurement dimensions to support sourcing, category management, and operational procurement functions.
• Examine data quality issues, pinpoint reporting gaps, and propose enhancements to procurement data coverage, classification methods, and reporting processes.
• Design, develop, and sustain analytical workbooks, reports, and dashboards utilizing Power BI, Power Query, and Excel to provide actionable procurement insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Data teams to collect reporting requirements, validate outputs, and identify opportunities for further analysis and reporting improvements.
• Evaluate, onboard, and integrate additional data sources, including Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Oracle, procurement platforms, and finance systems, to enhance reporting capabilities and data accessibility.
• Propel continuous improvement and reporting automation initiatives by spotting opportunities to streamline manual processes and leveraging tools such as Power Automate to enhance procurement reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field — required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Procurement Analytics, Spend Analytics, Data Analytics, or a similar position — required.
• Proficient hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development — required.
• Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools — required.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong hands-on experience in Power Query — required.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) — required.
• SQL knowledge and experience with querying datasets is a plus.
• Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
