This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive analysis of the customer journey
• Oversee customer analysis and segmentation initiatives
• Create advanced customer segments utilizing behavioral data
• Sustain and enhance BI platforms and dashboards
• Design and automate dashboards to monitor marketing KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable analysis and insights
• 3–5 years of experience in a data-intensive marketing, customer, or product analytics position
• Proficient in crafting complex SQL queries
• Significant experience with BI platforms
• Strong grasp of statistical principles
• Familiar with digital analytics data outputs and CRM systems
