This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directly assist clients by comprehending their needs, translating them into data solutions, and providing clear insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, and Tableau, tailored to the client's configurations.
• Design and oversee data models that integrate information from various marketing platforms and sources.
• Map out and document data flows across intricate, multi-source schemas.
• Proactively identify opportunities, trends, or risks within marketing data and effectively communicate findings.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and investigative purposes.
• Manage and improve data transformations utilizing dbt.
• Conduct QA/UAT to verify data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Utilize Git for version control and collaborative efforts.
• Mastery of at least one BI platform (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau) with the capability to execute projects across all platforms.
• Over 3 years of experience with SQL.
• Proficient in AI tools and capable of incorporating them into everyday workflows.
• Experience managing multiple marketing data sources concurrently (advertising platforms, CRM, web analytics, etc.).
• Understanding of data modeling principles such as star schema and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with ELT/ETL concepts and the ability to debug data transformation logic.
• Proficient in English at a C1 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Takes initiative and accountability for their work and outcomes.
• Capable of confidently presenting their work and insights to clients.
• Regularly reviews their own work for quality, accuracy, and completeness prior to submission.
• Strong analytical abilities, proactive problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and capable of fostering clarity with clients and internal teams.
• Practical experience with QA/UAT processes.
