This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and sustain automated dashboards for key metrics reporting in Talent Acquisition, deriving insights that will significantly influence outcomes, and confidently narrating the story behind the data.
• Capable of segmenting extensive data sets and retrieving information from data warehouses using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and various business intelligence tools.
• Combine and manipulate data sets from diverse sources with the help of data transformation tools such as Alteryx, SAS, Power Query, Data Bricks, etc.
• Assess data through suitable quantitative and qualitative methods, collaborating with other TA program teams as the subject matter authority on all aspects of TA data.
• Collect, compile, and verify supporting data for operational metric reporting, providing insights and commentary regarding trends that impact business performance.
• Regularly review and enhance analytical methods, processes, tools, and operations to ensure the team delivers maximum impact.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the wider team (Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers) to foster understanding of Talent Acquisition customers, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
• Adaptable and willing to engage in ad hoc and special projects as dictated by evolving business needs and company priorities.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in finance, people analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in utilizing/building within the following systems: SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Amazon QuickSight.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools, capable of leveraging large datasets to create reports and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel data modeling and analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience working with large data sets and data warehousing.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Inquisitive, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Enthusiasm for developing intuitive data visualizations.
• Analytical perspective with the capacity to extract insights from data and trends.
• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
