Senior Data Analyst, Clinical Quality and Patient Safety

📋 Description

• Oversees the technical aspects of the event reporting databases.

• Creates data reports for internal oversight and initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

• Engages in physician profiling activities.

• Conducts external quality data reporting for the entire OSU Health System as well as individual Operating Units.

• Responsibilities encompass the development of processes for data entry, maintaining data integrity, reporting, analysis, and educational initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, information systems, health administration, or a related field, accompanied by relevant healthcare experience in database management, data collection, and statistical analysis.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience is mandatory.

• Proficiency in statistically analyzing and interpreting raw data into practical recommendations.

• Significant experience with computer applications, including expertise in statistical software, relational databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics software is preferred.
