Senior Data Analyst, B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead the analytics strategy for CookUnity’s B2B division.

• Create reporting infrastructure, executive-ready dashboards, and analytical frameworks across Corporate, Smart Fridge, Healthcare, and new B2B ventures.

• Establish a comprehensive view of B2B business performance and define KPIs and data models throughout the commercial funnel.

• Evaluate pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity, win/loss trends, deal velocity, marketing attribution, and commercial productivity.

• Collaborate with Finance and B2B leadership on forecasting, planning, revenue performance, and Board-level metric presentations.

• Analyze revenue, retention, expansion, order patterns, margins, unit economics, LTV, and CAC.

• Assess performance across B2B pods and business models, creating standardized scorecards.

• Develop and manage automated dashboards and reporting systems.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations to commercial stakeholders.

• Convert B2B requirements into data modeling and infrastructure necessities while driving the data alignment roadmap.

• Present intricate analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including Board presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably supporting B2B, enterprise sales, revenue operations, commercial strategy, or a similar go-to-market organization.

• Advanced SQL proficiency.

• Strong grasp of B2B and commercial metrics.

• Experience in building dashboards, recurring business reporting, and executive-ready metric packs.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience collaborating with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, or other commercial stakeholders.

• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, including the capacity to present at the Board level.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
