This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of business analysts to fulfill customer needs and achieve business goals.
• Oversee and manage workflow to ensure timely and precise processing.
• Act as a subject matter expert and train new team members.
• Engage with internal and external clients to respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
• Perform root cause analyses and collect data for process enhancements across encounter clients.
• Establish controls to monitor performance related to encounters.
• Supply trending and performance metrics to departmental management.
• Involve in the complete life-cycle development, encompassing requirements analysis, process development and design, and testing.
• Create and document workflows, system requirements, system impact analyses, system designs, process analyses, and testing procedures.
• Utilize SQL queries, data warehouses, and internal databases to generate user-friendly reports.
• Spearhead initiatives and projects aimed at process enhancements, new system capabilities, and data/application integration.
• Oversee reporting and analytics, managing critical reports.
• Provide analyses that support strategic decision-making across business operations, finance, quality, compliance, procurement, and clinical functions.
• Collaborate with end users and business leaders to establish reporting requirements.
• Track critical metrics and alert leadership to potential risks.
• Work together with analytics teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Direct the development and management of operational, financial, quality, and compliance reporting.
• Assess project feasibility, time, and effort; provide project updates regularly.
• Supervise projects, identify potential challenges, and guide them to successful completion.
• Formulate tactical and strategic plans to address technical business needs.
• Lead the standardization of data processes and the re-engineering of business processes.
• Drive changes and improvements to business processes, policies, and system infrastructure.
• Build and nurture a reporting and analytics team through meetings, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Conduct programming and analysis as required.
• Take on additional responsibilities in the absence of the Manager/Director.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of direct, relevant experience.
• Candidates lacking a Bachelor's degree may still be considered with an extra 4 years of direct experience, totaling a minimum of 9 years.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, QlikView, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools.
• Proficient in MS Suite with expertise in visualization tools.
• Experience in establishing maintainable and scalable processes within a production setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse internal client groups while ensuring high accuracy and precision.
• Creative thinker; highly driven and self-motivated.
• Proven ability to achieve results and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in building, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in defining and executing key analyses with minimal oversight.
• Supervisory experience in Analytics/Informatics is essential.
