This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead high-impact analytics initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring that insights are actionable, recommendations are clear, and implementation is effective.
• Serve as the primary expert for data-driven decision-making.
• Deliver presentations of findings to senior leadership and stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and relevance to the business.
• Foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making, enhancing analytical skills throughout the organization.
• Create, monitor, and refine KPIs to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
• Apply statistical or advanced analytical techniques when suitable to enhance understanding and inform strategy.
• Take responsibility for data quality, governance, and consistency in all tasks.
• Over 5 years of experience in analytics or data, demonstrating a proven ability to drive impact using data.
• Proficient in SQL; familiarity with Python or R is advantageous.
• Extensive experience with contemporary data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, work independently, and prioritize various business needs effectively.
• Diverse experience across multiple domains (e.g., marketing analytics, product performance, financial modeling, customer insights).
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently defining problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with a history of influencing decisions and crafting compelling narratives from data.
