Manager, Analytics and Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with clinical and operations teams to establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems for performance tracking.

• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend clinical interventions and operational processes for requirement scoping.

• Develop methodologies and conduct data mapping for metric/KPI calculations.

• Utilize analytic tools such as Tableau and Alteryx to generate reports.

• Create analytics and reporting that proactively highlight trends and opportunities using medical claims and clinical operations data.

• Supervise reporting solutions that support various provider partnerships and programs.

• Collect feedback from provider and operations partners to design and enhance provider reporting.

• Collaborate with account management teams to monitor and relay program performance to executive leadership.

• Dedicate yourself to ongoing professional growth and development while also contributing to the growth and advancement of junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred advanced degree (Masters or higher) in business, public health, health informatics, analytics, applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of management experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and summarization is preferred.

• Proven experience in leading business reviews with executive leadership teams.
