This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets, presenting the results through dashboards or reports.
• Lead analytics and reporting initiatives while coordinating resources across teams when necessary.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on requests from internal stakeholders or clients.
• Proactively seek opportunities for data-driven insights and provide recommendations for potential analysis projects to the business.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Evaluate the performance of queries, reports, and dashboards, addressing any deficiencies or technical debt in consultation with relevant departments.
• Create and maintain documentation related to data transformation and metrics/KPIs.
• Document analytical challenges and their resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with teams within Marketing or Product to ascertain their analytical needs and requirements.
• Work with data engineers to implement new features in the data warehouse when necessary data is missing or not in an optimized format for analysts.
• Participate as a member of an agile BI team, supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative “can do attitude” to ensure both product and team success.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Tableau.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL.
• Previous experience in an analytical role.
• Preferred: experience in the iGaming industry and knowledge of Python.
• Language proficiency: excellent spoken and written English.
• Personal traits: ability to work independently and a strong attention to detail.
• Essential skills: strong analytical curiosity with the capability to investigate data from various perspectives, including data cleaning and transformation to reveal customer trends.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity for critical and creative thinking.

• Proven track record of working independently and taking ownership of projects.
