• Collect, analyze, and document business and data requirements from stakeholders across various enterprise domains.
• Oversee and prioritize incoming requests, tickets, and business needs related to data.
• Convert business requirements into well-defined data requirements to facilitate ingestion and transformation processes.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of enterprise-level data products and gold-layer datasets.
• Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and delivery leads to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Gather and document data quality rules, metadata, and catalog descriptions for new data ingestions.
• Partner with governance and stewardship teams to promote data lineage, quality, and cataloging initiatives.
• Enable effective communication between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement in data delivery and operational processes.
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and workflow management activities.
• Engage in cross-functional discussions concerning data modeling, transformation logic, and platform capabilities.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or data-focused delivery roles.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and data requirements within enterprise environments.
• Strong grasp of contemporary data platforms and concepts pertaining to the data lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including SCRUM and Kanban.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including layered architectures such as bronze, silver, and gold models.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English (C2 level).
